Terms of service
Last updated October 11, 2026.
These terms cover your use of Richemont CRM at app.richemontsolutions.com, run by Richemont Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm you can agree for that business.
What the service is
Richemont CRM is software for keeping track of your leads, customers, jobs and tasks, and for sending follow-up emails you have written and switched on. It is a tool. We do not send anything to your customers on our own, and the content of every email is yours.
Your account
You sign in with a link or code sent to your email address, so keep that mailbox secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what people you invite do. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
Billing
The service is $150 a month, billed through Stripe, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page. If we change the price, we will tell you by email before it applies to you. Setup work, if you ask us to set the account up for you, is quoted and agreed with you separately.
If a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only. You can still sign in and export your data, and your lead form keeps receiving leads. Adding and changing records and sending follow-ups resume when you subscribe.
Emailing your customers
You decide who is emailed and what is said. You agree to use follow-ups only for people you have a genuine business relationship with, and to follow the laws that apply to email, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every follow-up includes your mailing address and an unsubscribe link, and we do not email a person again after they unsubscribe. You must keep a valid mailing address in Settings.
What you may not do
- Send spam, or email people who have not dealt with your business.
- Send anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful.
- Try to reach another business's data, probe or overload the service, or work around its limits.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why when we can.
Your data
The contacts, notes and other records you enter belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You can export them at any time and delete your account from Settings. See the privacy policy for how we handle data.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Follow-up emails are sent in batches about every ten minutes inside the sending window, and email delivery depends on other providers, so an email can be late or can fail to arrive. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose by exporting it.
Limits on our responsibility
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits a right you have under law that cannot be waived.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time. We can end the service or your account with notice, and will give you the chance to export your data when we do, unless you broke these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email the account owner before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the change.
