Follow up on every lead, even the ones you forget by Friday.

Richemont CRM keeps your leads, estimates and invoices in one place and sends the follow-up emails for you. It is made for plumbers, HVAC companies, landscapers and other service businesses that would rather be on the job.

$150 a month, plus setup from $750 one time. We build it with you. Cancel any time.

The Pipeline page: columns for New lead, Estimate sent, Scheduled, Completed and Invoiced, each with customer cards, dollar totals and a menu to move the card.

Sample business and sample customers.

Pipeline

Every job has a place, from first call to paid.

  1. 1New leadAsked for help, not answered yet
  2. 2Estimate sentWaiting on a yes
  3. 3ScheduledA date is on the calendar
  4. 4CompletedWork finished, not billed
  5. 5InvoicedWaiting on payment
  6. 6PaidDone and paid

Drag a card to the next stage when the job moves, or pick the stage from the menu on it. The total above each column shows the dollars waiting on a yes and the dollars waiting on payment. Jobs that go another way move to Lost, so the board stays honest.

The Today page: new this week, estimates out, money waiting on payment and paid in the last 30 days, with a list of customers who have gone quiet and a Call button for each.

Today

Each morning, the people who need a call.

Today lists the leads nobody answered for a day, the estimates that have been quiet for three days, and the invoices that have been quiet for five, with a Call button beside each. Your tasks that are due sit next to them.

It is a short list on purpose. Work it from the top and you have followed up with everyone who was slipping.

Follow-ups

Emails that go out on their own.

Choose a stage, write one email or a short series, and we send them for you between 8 AM and 8 PM in your time zone. They come from your business name, and replies come straight to you. They stop the moment the customer moves to another stage or unsubscribes.

  • New leadA thank-you right away.
  • Estimate sentA check-in on day 2, a nudge on day 5, a last note on day 12.
  • InvoicedReminders on days 3, 7 and 14, with your payment link.
  • PaidA request for a Google review the next day.

These four come ready-made. They start switched off: read them, change the words, and switch on the ones you want.

Editing the Estimate follow-up: the first email, set to send 2 days after the estimate, with its subject and message, and a status panel showing the follow-up is on.
The Lead form page: a shareable link, a form to paste into your website, and an embed code.

Lead form

Leads from your website land here too.

Share a link in a text or on your Google Business Profile, paste a form into your site, or post from your own code. Each message becomes a New lead and we email you the moment it arrives, so the first reply does not wait on you checking an inbox.

Someone who writes twice is added to the same record, not entered again.

On a phone

Made for the truck as much as the office.

Every page fits a phone. Tap Call on a lead, add a note from the driveway, and move a job to Invoiced before you pull out.

The Today page on a phone, with the same stat tiles and the list of customers to call.

Pricing

One plan, one price.

There are no tiers to compare and no per-contact charges. We set it up once, then it is $150 a month.

What it does not do, so you can plan around it

  • Text messages. Follow-ups are email only.
  • Invoices and payments. Keep your invoicing tool and put its payment link in the emails.
  • Call tracking or recording.
  • Connections to other software.

Setup is part of our CRM and automation service: your list imported, your lead form built and your follow-ups written.

Questions people ask first

What does setup include?

We import your customer list, set up your pipeline and lead form, and write your follow-up emails with you, then turn them on once you have approved them. Setup is from $750, one time. The monthly fee is $150.

What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?

You can still sign in, look around and export your contacts, and your lead form keeps catching new leads. Adding and changing things, and sending follow-up emails, pause until you subscribe for $150 a month again. Nothing you entered is deleted.

Will it email my customers without my say-so?

Only with follow-ups you have switched on. All four starter follow-ups begin switched off, and none can be turned on until your business mailing address is saved. Every email carries that address and a one-click unsubscribe, and anyone who unsubscribes is never emailed again.

Do I own my customer list?

Yes. You can export every contact as a spreadsheet file whenever you like, including after you cancel. You can also delete your account from Settings, and your data goes with it.

Is there a contract?

No. It is month to month through Stripe, and you cancel from the billing page with a couple of clicks. We never see or store your card.

Does it send text messages?

Not yet. Follow-ups are email only. The Call button on each customer dials from your phone, and you can log the call as a note.

Does it send invoices or take payments?

No. Keep using the tool you invoice from. A follow-up email can include your payment link, so the reminder points the customer to where they pay.

Who is behind it?
